Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Gupta Technologies does not sell or ship any physical goods. Every product we offer — HisabKitab, Authenticator, MdReader, and any future products — is delivered digitally. There is no courier, tracking number, or delivery address involved in any purchase.

2. How delivery works

• Paid subscriptions (e.g. HisabKitab): access is granted to your account immediately after Razorpay confirms a successful payment. You can start using the product right away from the product’s own site.
• Free apps (Authenticator, MdReader): delivered as a direct APK download from the product page, with no payment or account required.
• Services: engineering work delivered under a statement of work is not a “shipment” — delivery timelines and milestones are agreed per project.

3. Delivery issues

If a payment succeeded but you did not receive access, email info@guptatechnologies.in with your payment ID from the Razorpay receipt and we will resolve it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if a paid delivery cannot be fixed.

4. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
