Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers paid products billed through this site, such as HisabKitab. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. This policy applies whether you paid on a recurring subscription or a one-time plan.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not interrupt access for the period you have already paid for — access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it is not renewed.

3. Refunds

• Duplicate or failed-but-charged payments: if Razorpay confirms you were charged for a payment that our system did not record as completed, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Incorrect billing amount: if you were charged more than the price shown for your plan at checkout, we refund the difference.
• Change of mind: fees already paid for the current billing period or a completed one-time purchase are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period already paid for.
• Free products: Authenticator and MdReader are free and have no associated payments or refunds.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued via Razorpay back to your original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time. We do not process refunds in cash or to a different account.

5. Requesting a refund

Email info@guptatechnologies.in with your registered email, the product name, and the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Delivery of digital products

All products we sell are delivered digitally — account access is granted immediately after a successful payment is confirmed. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
